Latest Hello Bolero

Yes, Donnie would have a heart attack if he knew his little boy was modeling a girls coat, but it is TOO cute!  And Elton said, "mama, feels like banket" which means my coat is super soft.  :)

because I'm no good at keeping a secret...

The next Hello Bolero jacket....  in the most beautiful light green and blue Joel Dewberry Heirloom fabric....  Here's a LITTLE SNEAKER!  Can't wait to finish this, too bad it's a 2T and not an adult size... haha :)

sew busy!

I've been so cuckoo with getting my boys back in school and sewing/running/working out, that I've been rather slack on uploading items to the shop!  Several things were added today and I'm so excited to share them :)

And something just for fun for my favorite bag model's beautiful dog... I like to call them "necklaces" when they are this fancy (fabric: Joel Dewberry Heirloom Tile Flourish in green)  :)  Hopefully I can get a picture of Bailey sporting her new necklace, until then, enjoy these little shots!

introducing The Hawk Carryall

This is my twist on a messenger bag, as it can be a shoulder or a cross body bag.  It's rectangular, can stand up on it's own, made of cotton fabric AND duck cloth, has the same inner pocket as the Thrasher tote, and the top can flop over and snap closed near the base of the bag.  This is a fabulous bag for toting ALL of your things, books, etc. And this first one is looking pretty sharp in the natural canvas color + some Joel Dewberry fabric (Modern Meadow Napsack in Lake & Modern Meadow Acorn Chain in Lake) in a beautiful navy blue and aqua!  As I was sewing this, I could swear it whispered "keep me."  :)

introducing the Baby Collection

Just completed my first bib/burp cloth set that is appliqued with the new baby's first initial!  I will be posting a sample of this on my Etsy shop for sale soon.  You supply the initial/gender and I can do the rest!  This is a perfect gift for a shower!
